Cancellation Policy

All event bookings depend on availability. All Beverages are provided and sold by German Coast Beer Co. unless written permission is acquired beforehand. Parties are welcome to bring their own food or utilize the on site food vendor. We ask for boiled seafood. Guests bring all paper products, and decorations. If you are booking a semi-private event we ask for NO microphones, and no decorating the outside or the main bar. All decorations must be within the rental area. All payments are due on the day of service, unless deposits or full payment is requested before. Credit card payments are subject to typical Credit card fees, Taxes apply unless a Tax exemption form is acquired and rentals or bar tab minimums are subject to a 20% gratuity.
