Morning Star

Munich Helles Style Lager

4.7% ABV

A clean, malty, gold-colored German Lager with a smooth, grainy-sweet malty flavor and a soft, dry finish. Subtle, spicy, floral, and herbal hops and restrained bitterness help keep the balance malty but not sweet, which helps make this beer a refreshing "everyday" drink. This bright lager tastes like legacy, family, tradition, and hard work.

Super Duck

New England Style IPA

6.0% ABV

An American IPA with intense fruit flavors and aromas, a soft body, and smooth mouthfeel, and often opaque with substantial haze. Less perceived bitterness than traditional IPAs, but always massively hop-flavored. This beer tastes like adventure and fun.

Sarpy Stout

Oatmeal Stout

5.6% ABV

Our Sarpy Stout is a very dark, full-bodied, malty ale with a complementary oatmeal flavor. This rich, velvety beer tastes like comfort and strength.

Cypress Island

American Pale Ale

5.2% ABV

A pale, refreshing and hoppy ale, yet with sufficient supporting malt to make the beer balanced and drinkable. Named after the historic Cypress Island landmark along the Airline Highway, this beautifully balanced beer tastes like history.

Mangos and Mutiny

Mango Sour Ale

There’s mutiny afoot! We refuse to believe that summer is coming to a close. We have decided to mutiny against this notion!
With this mutiny comes our first sour ale. Mangos and mutiny is the perfect beer to take back the summer! This sour ale was brewed with pilsner and wheat malts for a crisp and light color and body. Magnum hops were added just for balance. We fermented this ale with a special yeast that sours the beer while also creating alcohol. Loads of mango were added to the beer near the end of fermentation, and all that tart mango flavor shines through. This beer does not include any mango extracts or flavorings.

Hazy Session IPA

Summertime is here, the heat is on, and the pool has never looked more refreshing! We all have special memories of summer pool parties and fun water activities. We crafted this session hazy IPA to be the perfect companion for enjoying a relaxing day by the pool or any summertime event.
This beer may be the most refreshing IPA in existence. The look of this beer is an opaque bright yellow and at just 4.5% ABV, this light and refreshing IPA is SO easy to drink and enjoy. This beer brewed with Belma, Meridian, and Comet hops and fermented with Kveik ale yeast is bursting with berry, melon, citrus, and tropical fruit aromas and flavors. This beer is so light it begs to be enjoyed outside in a glass, insulated mug, or right out of the can. Pool Days IPA is the official beer of summer!

Norco Lights

American Cream Ale

4.2% ABV

Our crisp, refreshing take on a classic light beer. Brewed with North Star Pils and Standard 2 Row malts, plus a touch of cane sugar for a smooth finish. Subtle Magnum hops balance it all out, and our house ale yeast keeps it bright and clean.

Shortcut Canal

Gulf Coast IPA
6.5% ABV

Everyone knows a secret shortcut route to their favorite fishing or crabbing hole
We took our Super Duck IPA recipe and amped it up with more hops and a crisper finish. We call it a Gulf Coast IPA.
This summertime beer has a soft mouthfeel with a drier, crisper finish—it’s just slightly more bitter than our Super Duck IPA. We hopped this beer with Citra, Sabro, Bru-1, and Azacca hops. And then, we double-dry hopped with tons of Azacca hops for a bit of pine and an intense citrus and tropical aroma and flavor.

Lemon Wheat Ale

American-style Wheat Ale

4.8% ABV

Soft and refreshing, this wheat ale is perfect for cooling off in the warm weather. We brewed this beer with lemon peels for a slight, pithy tartness and floral character.
