Cancellation Policy

1. Vendor must be fully licensed, insured and compliant with all applicable Health Department regulations and must adhere to all federal, State and local tax laws. 2. No food Cooked inside, vendors may not go in brewhouse employee only areas. Vendor Provides all supplies and equipment. 3. Food vendors cannot sell beverages of ANY kind without written approval. 4. Food vendors must abide by lease agreement made with Esperanza Plaza lease holders. 5. Food vendors must leave the area clean and not leave any grease or other waste signs. 6. Food vendors must pay the current vendor rate unless otherwise negotiated in writing. 7. Cancelations or reschedules need to be determined before 2 weeks out. 8. A no show , no call may result in cancelation of future dates.
